- The Key to Our Success
In December
2003, we purchased two sets of flow forming machinery. After
extensive study we are proud to announce that the one-piece
flow forming wheel has been successfully produced to meet
all standards. We have researched and developed the two
piece rim shells.
We are proud
to introduce our new spun forged type one-piece seamless,
lightweight rim shell for the custom wheel industry.
Rim tooling
has been completed and production sizes will range between
20 x 8.5 through 22 x 11. Rims have various lip depths, up
to 5 inches. Other sizes will be soon available, ranging
between 19 and 24 inches. These will have a two-year
guarantee on the chrome and a lifetime guarantee on
workmanship and materials.
Consider the
weight chart below; by using more of the raw metal in each
wheel we have significantly less waste. We pass this savings
on to the distributor.
